SDG Motion Graphic 2026 Video Contest at VRU SciWeek

The SDG Motion Graphic 2026 contest is a creative media activity within SciWeek 2026 at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University. It invites participants to communicate Sustainable Development Goals through short video and motion graphic storytelling.

The activity is not only about making attractive animation. It also looks at how well the work understands SDGs, how clearly the storyboard is planned, and how effectively the idea is presented.

Contest Brief

Participants create one creative short video between 2 and 5 minutes. The content should connect with SDGs or sustainable development themes.

Motion graphic is a strong format for explaining complex ideas such as environment, energy, health, education, inequality, sustainable cities, or responsible consumption in a clear and memorable way.

Judging Criteria

According to the activity poster, the judging criteria are: SDG-related content 40 points, storyboard 30 points, and presentation 30 points.

This means a strong submission should have substance, structure, and explanation. Visual effects alone are not enough if the story and message are unclear.

Schedule and Prizes

The presentation date is August 5, 2026 at the Sci-Tech Innovation meeting room, Building 5, during SciWeek 2026.

Prizes include 1,500 baht for first place, 1,000 baht for first runner-up, and 500 baht for second runner-up, with certificates.
