Privacy Policy for MiniPriza art marketplace

This policy explains how MiniPriza handles information needed for browsing art, buying artworks, bidding in auctions, requesting commissioned work, and operating artist shops.

Information we collect

We may collect account information, artist shop profile details, artwork and service listing information, auction bids, order details, commission briefs, certificate or digital delivery notes, delivery tracking details, messages, and basic usage information needed to operate the website.

How information is used

Information is used to display artist shops and artworks, support buyer and artist communication, manage carts, bids, commission requests, orders, receipts, digital delivery access, delivery updates, account verification, website security, and platform operations.

Information shared between buyers and sellers

When a buyer places an order, wins an auction, requests commissioned artwork, or contacts an artist, relevant order, delivery, brief, and contact information may be shown to the other party so the transaction can be handled. Artists may also publish external contact channels such as LINE, Facebook, phone number, portfolio, or website.

Payment and payout information

When platform payment is enabled, payment and payout processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. MiniPriza stores transaction status, order records, payout status, and related references needed for support, refunds, disputes, account review, and legal compliance. Full card or bank account details are handled by the payment provider when applicable.

Verification, safety, and moderation

For artist verification, payout setup, fraud prevention, or dispute review, MiniPriza may process identity, shop, account, order, message, and evidence records. Access is limited to what is needed to review safety, eligibility, payment risk, or platform rule issues.
