This policy explains how MiniPriza handles information needed to provide marketplace features.
We may collect account information, shop profile details, product information, order details, contact channels sellers choose to publish, delivery tracking details, messages, and basic usage information needed to operate the website.
Information is used to display shops and products, support buyer and seller communication, manage carts and orders, issue receipts, show delivery updates, improve website security, and maintain platform operations.
When a buyer places an order or contacts a seller, relevant order, delivery, and contact information may be shown to the other party so the transaction can be handled directly. Sellers may also publish external contact channels such as LINE, Facebook, phone number, or website.
MiniPriza does not hold buyer money for ordinary product purchases. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly through the seller’s chosen payment channels. Subscription payments for seller plans may be handled by third-party payment providers when enabled.
